New Issue: Nassau County, N.Y., sells $198.47 million of G.O. short-term notes

New York, Dec. 14 – Nassau County, N.Y., offered $198.47 million of series 2015A general obligation tax anticipation notes, according to an official statement.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1) were sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The notes are due Sept. 15, 2016 and have a 2% coupon to yield 0.63%.
Proceeds will be used to meet cash flow deficits for the coming fiscal year.
