South Africa’s Naspers talks 10-year notes at 325 bps over Treasuries

Atlanta, July 14 – South Africa’s Naspers Ltd. is talking its roughly $1 billion offering of 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 325 basis points, a market source said.

Barclays, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Naspers is a mass media company based in Cape Town.
