South Africa's Naspers sets roadshow for possible notes offering

Virginia Beach, July 8 – South Africa’s Naspers Ltd. will begin a roadshow for a possible dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a market source.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are arranging the meetings.

The notes would be issued via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Naspers is a mass media company based in Cape Town.
