Naspers’ Prosus unit announces redemption price for 6% notes due 2020

Los Angeles, Feb. 20 – Prosus NV set the redemption price for its $1 billion of 6% notes due 2020 (ISIN: USN5946FAB33, US62856RAB15), which will be redeemed on Feb. 21.

The redemption price will equal $1,015.954 per $1,000 principal amount, for a total redemption price of $1,015,954,000, according to a notice.

The redemption price is equal to par plus a make-whole premium calculated using a discount rate of Treasuries plus 50 basis points plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
