Virginia Beach, May 19 - Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. sold $500 million of 4.25% 10-year notes on Monday with a spread of Treasuries plus 175 basis points, according to an informed source.
Pricing was wide of guidance, which was set in the Treasuries plus 160 bps area.
The notes (Baa3/BBB/) sold at 99.653 to yield 4.293%.
The joint bookrunners were J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions, repayment of debt, capital expenditures and working capital.
The global exchange group is based in New York City.
