Arapahoe County School District No. 6, Colo., preps $50 million deal

New York, Dec. 2 - The Arapahoe County School District No. 6 of Colorado plans to price $50 million of series 2013 general obligation bonds on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aa1/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. as the lead manager.

The bonds are due 2030 to 2037.

Proceeds will be used to finance school improvements and capital projects within the district.
