New Issue: BofA prices $385,000 9.5% fixed income issuer callable yield notes on indexes

Chicago, March 22 – BofA Finance LLC priced $385,000 of fixed income issuer callable yield notes due July 5, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9.5%, paid monthly.

The securities may be called starting Jan. 5, 2024 on any monthly call date.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above its 70% threshold value the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below its threshold value.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
