New Issue: UBS sells $12.25 million 7.25% trigger callable yield notes on S&P, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, June 16 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $12.25 million of 7.25% trigger callable yield notes due Sept. 19, 2024 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any monthly coupon payment date after three months.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless either index finishes below its 60% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
