New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.96 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq

New York, May 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.96 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due May 8, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 135% of the return of that index.

The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above its 80% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
