New Issue: JPMorgan prices $457,000 capped notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, Russell

Chicago, Jan. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $457,000 of 0% capped notes due May 1, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worst performing index capped at par plus 21%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
