New Issue: Citigroup prices $996,000 enhanced barrier digital notes on Dow, Nasdaq, Russell

Chicago, Nov. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $996,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due March 16, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes above its 60% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 31.75% digital payment. Otherwise the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
