New Issue: Barclays prices $277,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell

Chicago, June 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $277,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Dec. 27, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the least-performing index’s return. If the least-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 30%.
