New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $510,000 contingent income autocallables on indexes, ETF

Chicago, June 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $510,000 of contingent income autocallable securities due Nov. 28, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, Nasdaq-100 index and VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.25%, paid quarterly, if each underlier closes at or above its 70% downside threshold on the related quarterly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically starting Feb. 25, 2022 at par if the level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly call determination date.

At maturity the payout will be par unless each asset closes below its 70% downside threshold in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
