Taiwan's Nan Ya Plastics to issue $300 million five-year notes

New York, Oct. 19 - Nan Ya Plastics Corp. Ltd. plans to issue $300 million of five-year floating-rate notes (/BBB+), according to a market source.

The deal will be structured as senior unsecured notes.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

The Taipei-based company manufactures plastics, fibers and electronic materials.
