NanoViricides amends terms of warrants sold in private placements
Expiration of warrants extended to Aug. 15, 2014 from June 30, 2014

Knoxville, Tenn., June 25 – NanoViricides, Inc. revised the terms of warrants for 3,079,078 shares on June 19, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The warrants were issued in private placements that settled in November 2005, June 2006, October 2007, August 2008, June 2009 and September 2009.
The expiration date of the warrants was extended to Aug. 15, 2014 from June 30, 2014.
NanoViricides is a West Haven, Conn., biopharmaceutical company.
