Atlanta, March 31 - Nano Superlattice Technology Inc. said it completed a private placement for $1.96 million.

The company sold 4,971,000 shares at $0.40 each to individual investors.

Based in Gueshin Township, Taiwan, Nano Superlattice is a nano-scale coatings company.
