New York, Oct. 26 - Nadra Bank of Ukraine priced $100 million of three-year loan participation notes (B1/B-/B-) at par to yield 9½%, according to a market source.
The deal came inside of price guidance of 9% area.
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and UBS Investment Bank were managers for the Regulation S transaction.
Nadra is based in Kiev.
