New Issue: Nabors Industries prices $575 million 10-year senior notes

Omaha, Feb. 14 - Nabors Industries Inc. priced $575 million 10-year senior unsecured notes Thursday, according to a press release.

The notes (A3/BBB+) priced via Rule 144A.

Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Investment Bank.

Other terms of the notes were not disclosed.

The onshore and offshore drilling company is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
