Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 21 - Mymetics Corp. amended the terms of its €19.85 million of convertible secured notes on Sept. 18, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The notes are held by Round Enterprises Ltd., Eardley Holding AG and Anglo Irish Bank.

The company modified the notes so that they are now due on Nov. 30, 2012. The notes were previously set to mature when Mymetics had "sufficient revenues" to repay them.

Mymetics is a Nyon, Switzerland-based biotechnology research and development company focused on developing vaccines and therapies for retroviruses, including HIV.
