Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 - MVB Financial Corp. has been completing a $6.17 million private placement of stock since Dec. 21, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 256,980 common shares at $24.00 per share. The price per share is identical to the Dec. 20 closing share price.
Based in Fairmont, Va., MVB is a bank holding company.
