S&P assigns BB to Muthoot secured notes

S&P said it assigned its BB long-term issue rating to a proposed issue of U.S. dollar three-year senior secured bonds by Muthoot Finance Ltd. (BB/stable/B).

The rating on the notes is equalized with the long-term issuer credit rating on Muthoot.
