Atlanta, Oct. 14 - Muskox Minerals Corp. said Thursday it plans to raise C$1.4 million in a private placement limited to insiders.
In the deal, 10 million shares will be sold at C$0.14.
Muskox, based in Calgary, Alta., said it plans to use the net proceeds from the financing for exploration activities on its Muskox Intrusion project and for general working capital.
