New Issue: Finland’s Municipality Finance prices 110.8 billion Chilean pesos of 3.75% notes due 2017

New York, June 17 – Finland's Municipality Finance plc priced 110.8 billion Chilean pesos of 3.75% notes due 2017 (Aaa/AAA/) at 99.6955, according to a term sheet.

Interest is payable annually on Dec. 20, and the notes are payable in dollars.

The tranche 1 notes were sold under the company’s €25 billion debt issuance program.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc was the bookrunner for Regulation S deal.

The credit institution for the municipal sector and state subsidized housing is based in Helsinki.
