Concord, N.H., May 11 – Municipality Finance plc priced €500 million 1.5% seven-year green bonds at 99.612 for a yield of 1.559% and spread of mid-swaps minus 11 basis points, according to a market source.
BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, NatWest Markets and SEB were bookrunners of the Regulation S senior notes, which will be listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki Sustainable Bond Market’s regulated market.
Proceeds will be used in accordance with the Municipal Guarantee Board Act and will be used and earmarked in accordance with the issuer’s green bonds framework.
Municipality Finance is a Helsinki, Finland-based credit institution that provides funding for the public sector in Finland.
