Municipal Gas Authority, Ga., to price $120 million bonds Tuesday

New York, Nov. 24 - The Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia is planning to sell $120 million in series C gas revenue bonds, according to a calendar of upcoming deals.

The bonds (MIG1/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold with Wachovia Bank as the senior manager for the negotiated deal. The co-manager is J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

The bonds are due Dec. 16, 2009.

Proceeds will be used for Public Gas Partners' acquisition of natural gas reserves.
