New Issue: Multnomah County School, Ore., prices $144.84 million G.O. bonds

New York, April 18 - The Multnomah County School District No. 1 of Oregon sold $144.84 million of series 2013 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The deal included $76,265,000 of series 2013A bonds and $68,575,000 of series 2013B bonds.
The 2013A bonds are due 2014 to 2015 with 5% coupons.
The 2013B bonds are due 2016 to 2033 with 1.5% to 5% coupons.
The bonds (Aa1) were sold competitively, but the issuer did not immediately return calls for the winning bidder.
Proceeds will be used to finance the costs of capital projects in the district.
