Atlanta, July 19 - Indonesia's PT Multipolar Tbk. sold $200 million five-year notes (B+/B+/) at par to yield 9¾%, a market source said.
The notes matched talk of 9¾%.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Nomura Securities were the bookrunners for the Regulation S notes, which are non-callable for three years.
The Tangerang, Indonesia-based issuer is an importer and retailer of computers and related products.
