Bahrain's Arab Bank to start roadshow for dollar-denominated five-year notes next week

New York, Nov. 2 - Bahrain-based Arab Banking Corp. (Baa2/BBB) plans to start a roadshow next week for a dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes, according to a market source.

The Asian leg of the roadshow will start Nov. 9 in Singapore, followed by stops in Hong Kong on Nov. 10 and then Taipei, Taiwan, on Nov. 11.

The European leg of the roadshow will run Nov. 14 to Nov. 16, with a stop in London on Nov. 14.

The issue will be structured as senior floating-rate notes and will have a benchmark size.

Citigroup and HSBC are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction, which has registration rights.
