New Issue: Malaysia’s Mudajaya Ventures sells $60 million 7% three-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 28 – Mudajaya Group Bhd. said its wholly owned subsidiary, Mudajaya Ventures Ltd., issued $60 million of 7% three-year notes on Wednesday.

The notes were issued under the company’s $200 million euro medium-term note program established in October.

The notes are guaranteed by the parent company.

Proceeds will be used to fund overseas investments in Indonesia, the Philippines and other countries, as well as for general corporate purposes, as previously noted.

Mudajaya is a property developer based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
