Malaysia’s Mudajaya proposes up to $200 million euro MTN program

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 26 – Mudajaya Group Bhd. said its wholly owned subsidiary, Mudajaya Ventures Ltd., is planning to issue up to $200 million of notes under a euro medium-term note program.

The notes will be guaranteed by the parent company.

The proposed euro MTN program will have a term of 10 years.

Proceeds will be used to fund overseas investments in Indonesia, the Philippines and other countries, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Mudajaya is a property developer based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
