Aquilex talks $225 million seven-year senior notes to yield 12%-12¼%

St. Louis, Dec. 15 - Aquilex Holdings Inc. talked its $225 million offering of seven-year senior notes (B3/B) to yield between 12% and 12¼% on Tuesday, according to and informed source.

Pricing is set for Wednesday.

Credit Suisse Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co. and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are leading the deal.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The prospective issuer is an Atlanta-based chemical company.
