MTB Group of Funds changes name to Wilmington Funds

San Diego, March 13 - The MTB Group of Funds announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has been renamed the Wilmington Funds, effective March 12.

The trust's new website is wilmingtonfunds.com.

The funds under the trust have also changed their names, listed in the chart below.

Wilmington Funds Management Corp. and Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc., subsidiaries of Buffalo-based M&T Bank Corp., are the investment adviser and primary subadviser, respectively, of the Wilmington Funds.
