MSR Hotels & Resorts posts $13,447 net loss for May 8-May 31 period

Pittsburgh, July 2 - MSR Hotels & Resorts, Inc. reported a $13,447 net loss for the period of May 8 to May 31 on negative $118,634 in rental income, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company had $173,831 in cash and cash equivalents at May 31.

MSR Hotels, a New York-based real estate investment trust, filed for bankruptcy on May 8. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-11512.
