JPMorgan plans partial principal at risk notes due 2020 on MSCI Europe

Olympia, Wash., May 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due July 6, 2020 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 120% of any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par plus the return, with a minimum payout of $9.50 per $10 of notes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 48129N690) will price June 29 and settle three business days after.
