New Issue: UBS sells $17.18 million capped leveraged notes tied to index basket

Columbus, Ohio, July 25 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $17.18 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Aug. 23, 2023 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Topix index with a 50% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any basket gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,453 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will have full exposure to any basket decline.
