New Issue: Scotiabank prices $1.29 million digital notes linked to EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 17 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $1.29 million of 0% digital notes due March 16, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,102.20 for each $1,000 principal amount of your notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
