New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.45 million 5.1% yield notes linked to Russell, EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.45 million of 5.1% yield notes due Oct. 13, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the MSCI EAFE index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index falls beyond the buffer.
