New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.83 million buffered notes tied to MSCI EAFE index

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1,829,000 of 0% buffered notes due April 14, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is positive, investors will receive par plus 160% of the return, capped at $1,192 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the index return declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond the 10% buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
