New Issue: TD prices $10.1 million index-linked buffered notes linked to EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 25 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $10.1 million of 0% index-linked buffered notes due Sept. 9, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 16.55% and will lose 1.1983% for each 1% decline beyond 16.55%.
