New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.53 million yield notes due 2020 tied to Russell, MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.53 million of 5.17% yield notes due Dec. 15, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will be lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the worse performing asset beyond 20%.
