UBS to price 17- to 20-month digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Los Angeles, July 17 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% 17- to 20-month digital notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% buffer level, the payout will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,090.30 to $1,105.90 per $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent.

The Cusip number is 90270KH44.
