New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.65 million allocation securities on index basket

Olympia, Wash., June 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.65 million of 0% allocation securities due May 31, 2024 linked to a basket of the S&P 500 index, the MSCI EAFE index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The best performing of the indexes will be given a 92% weight, the index with the second-best performance will be weighted at 8%, and the lowest-performing index will not count toward the basket performance.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the basket return. The notes are not principal protected, so investors will receive less than par if that basket return is negative.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
