New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.59 million capped buffered enhanced notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., June 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.59 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due May 12, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.7 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,266.39 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
