JPMorgan plans capped buffered enhanced participation notes on EAFE

Olympia, Wash., March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Sept. 21, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount that is expected to fall between $1,200.60 and $1,235.40 per $1,000 of notes and will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index stays flat or falls by up to 7% and will lose 1.0753% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 7%.

The notes (Cusip: 48130WG54) will price on March 19.
