New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million notes due 2024 linked to MSCI EAFE index

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% notes due Sept. 26, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.08 times the gain in the index.

If the index finishes flat or falls, investors will receive par.

Barclays is the agent.
