New Issue: TD Bank sells $10.21 million leveraged capped buffered notes on EAFE index

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 25 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $10.21 million of 0% leveraged capped buffered notes due Oct. 23, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $1,336 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
