JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation equity notes on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 10, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,184.20 to $1,216.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 6 and settle on Aug. 13.

The Cusip number is 48129MS64.
