TD Bank plans leveraged buffered notes due 2019 tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 23 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due in 13 and 15 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,135.10 to $1,158.76 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% or each 1% decline beyond 10%.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The Cusip number is 89114QPQ5.
