New Issue: JPMorgan prices $350,000 digital equity notes due 2020 on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $350,000 of 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 16, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,140 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
