New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.69 million leveraged capped buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., July 2 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.69 million of leveraged capped buffered notes due Nov. 12, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $ $1,177.75 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
